We’re refreshing our Community Outcomes and we want you to help shape what comes next. Be part of the conversation and help make it count.

Fast-forward 3, 5 or 10 years – if this was exactly the kind of place you wanted to live in what would it be like?

That’s what Community Outcomes help decide.

They set the long term direction for our district, and guide the decisions that shape everyday life here. They also feed directly into the Long Term Plan - our 10 year roadmap for what we focus on, what we fund and what we deliver.

We’re building on everything the community’s already told us. We’ve pulled past feedback into themes — and now we want to check what we’ve got right, what might be missing and what might need a rethink.

We’ve got a newly elected Council - bringing together both new and experienced members - and they want to hear what matters most for our district’s future direction.

Your input genuinely matters

It helps turn broad outcomes into clear priorities, from everyday things like footpaths and facilities to where we invest for the future.

Drop in anytime between 4pm and 7pm to any of our sessions in Te Aroha, Matamata or Morrinsville.

• Matamata: 5 March, 4-7pm, Matamata Civic Centre

• Morrinsville: 12 March, 4-7pm, Rotary Lounge, Canada St
